Peabody Public Library
The Peabody Public Library in Columbia City, Indiana, is preparing for a leadership change and wanted to prepare with an updated strategic plan. The library’s property includes an undeveloped wetland which the plan addresses. There are also townships in their county that do not have access to library services. The board and staff considered what library usage encompasses and strategies for increasing patron and non-patron usage in the next three years.
