City of Elkhart

In 2019, the City of Elkhart launched a new utility website. Their previous portal was not well-used (2,500 users out of 20,000 customers), and their bill pay service was being underutilized.

Write Connections was hired to assist with the launch of their new web portal. Work included bill inserts, posters, postcards, email campaigns, and social media messaging.

DETAILS

  • Within the first two months after launch, registrations were at 3,000 (roughly 15% of their customer base).
  • New registrations were coming in at 20 per day.
  • Online bill pay was processing 200 payments per day.
