Shaunna has spent her career shaping the minds of our youth as an assistant superintendent, high school principal, high school teacher, and a college and careers coordinator serving Hispanic and African American students in low-income communities. For her, there is nothing more rewarding than finding creative/strategic solutions to support organizations, especially one which impacts students.

Her favorite projects include a little bit of this and that. She likes projects with lots of moving parts. She doesn’t like being bored, nor does she want to bore you. Trust us, no one who has ever met Dr. Finley has been bored by her!

If she were a Muppet, she would be Kermit because she is genuine, hardworking, and empathetic and appreciates chaos (which Kermit lived in).

During her down time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons.
